Responsibilities:

-?Manage?and?monitor?delivery?order?process?to?secure?high?order?delivery?timely?and?effectively;
-?Cooperate?with?broker?/?truck?company?/?warehouse?/?others
-?Build?and?updated?projects'?SOP
-?Cooperate?with?CS?team?to?handle?clients'?inquiries?and?complaint
-?Maintain?logistics?data?and?processes?in?system?and?update?transportation?activities?report

Requirements:
-?A?bachelor?degree?in?the?area?of?logistics?or?equal?level?by?experience.
-?3-5?years?of?working?experience?regarding?operation?and?customer?care?in?logistics?industry.
-?Interest?in?domestic?transportation?and?logistics?industry.
-?General?Knowledge?in?logistics?&?freight?forwarding?operation
-?Solid?experience?in?activity?based?cost?calculation?and?the?establishment?of?rates.
-?Strong?communicator?with?experience?in?tackling?problems,?leading?project?meetings,?delivering?strong?presentations,?both?with?customers?and?suppliers?(external?and?internal).
-?Self-motivated?personality?and?a?result?driven,?hands-on?mentality.
-?Language?skills:?Mandarin?and?English.?Fluent?speaking?and?writing.
-?Be?willing?to?travel?in?relation?to?different?projects?/?customers.
