職位描述：
1.管理課程顧問的日常銷售活動(dòng)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)周期及月度銷售目標(biāo);
2.秉持客戶服務(wù)至上的思想，監(jiān)督及維持中心服務(wù)事宜;
3.激勵(lì)課程顧問，發(fā)現(xiàn)并促進(jìn)企業(yè)銷售機(jī)會(huì);
5.以身作則，樹立一個(gè)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專業(yè)謙和的形象，協(xié)助課程顧問細(xì)致處理客戶關(guān)系管理記錄;
6.以熱情、敏感的態(tài)度對(duì)待所有同事及學(xué)員，切實(shí)做到尊重、盡責(zé)和誠信。
職位要求：
1.?5年及以上直接銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有B2C銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）
2.?2年跨國公司銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少管理過10名下屬
3.?出色的銷售技能和出色的溝通能力
4.?強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感與客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)（喜歡靈活的工作時(shí)間安排）
5.?英語溝通能力強(qiáng)
