-Supportonvariousreports,datacollection,integrationanddoublecheck;
支持各種報表、數(shù)據(jù)采集、收集和復核;
-Businesstriparrangementincludingagendamanagementandticketsbooking;
商務旅行安排,包括日程管理和機票預訂;
-Paymentmanagementincludingmonthlyexpenseandpaymentvoucherpreparation;
付款管理,包括每月費用和付款憑證的準備;
-Regularmeetingarrangementaswellasmeetingminutesrecord;
定期會議安排及會議記錄;
-Operationalsupportonsalesdatamaintenanceinstoreoperationsystem(Applicationsoftware/APP).
門店運營系統(tǒng)銷售數(shù)據(jù)維護的運營支持(應用軟件/APP)。
-Followtheprogressofeventcontracts,coordinatewithexternalvendorsandinternalcrossfunctiontofinalizethecontracts;
跟蹤合同的進展,與外部供應商和內(nèi)部交叉職能部門協(xié)調(diào),最終確定合同;
-ConsolidatenecessaryinformationfromRDs/SMsperretailVP’srequirement.
根據(jù)零售經(jīng)理的要求整合來自RD/SM的需求。
Requests工作要求:
-GoodcommunicationskillsbothinMandarinandEnglish;
良好的中英文溝通能力
-ProficiencyinExcel,Word,PPTandotherofficeapplications.
熟練使用Excel、Word、PPT等辦公軟件
-Fastlearner,goodatthinkingwithlogicalmindanddetail-oriented;
敏捷學習,邏輯思維強,注重細節(jié)
-Abletohandlerepetitivedataprocess,workunderpressure,prioritizetasks;
能夠處理重復的數(shù)據(jù)過程,在壓力下工作,優(yōu)先處理任務
-Internshipattendance:atleast3workingdaysperweek,min.6months.
實習出勤要求:每周至少3個工作日,實習期至少連續(xù)六個月
