?Proactive?management?and?maintenance?of?client?service?strategies?and?ensuring?strategies?are?implemented?effectively
?Provide?clients?with?regular?updates?of?program?timelines?and?action?plans?to?give?clients?visibility?on?current?status?with?their?programs
?Ensure?client?timelines?are?meet?and?planning?is?adhered?to?responsible?for?the?development?and?review?of?any?monthly,?half?year?or?end?of?program?reports

?Ongoing?management?of?all?cost?control?sheets?(CCS)?for?your?clients

?Management?of?cash-flow?awareness?(incomings/outgoings)?to?provide?clear?view?of?clients?programs?profitability
?Supporting?Finance?team?with?debt?management?where?necessary
?Clear?understanding?of?client?programs?GM?tracking?to?budget?and?within?costs?controls
?Ensuring?all?client?payments?are?made?on?time?and?chase?for?any?outstanding?invoices
