職位描述（Job Description）

JobResponsibility:
--Ordercommunicationandconfirmation:Revieworder’POST’forcompletenessandaccuracy,ordervalidationthroughRockwebsystem,issuemastercontracttosuppliersbydailybasicandworkwithsuppliersfortheordercommitment.
--Ontimedeliverymanagement:Communicatewithvendorsandrelateddepartmenttoensureontimedelivery,providesecondtononeoptiontocustomertomeetbusinessneeds.
--Vendorperformancemanagement:Providefullsetsoftrainingstonewvendorsviamultichannels-email,phoneandmeeting,etc;Improveexistingvendor’sperformancelevel;Ensureontimebookingandtendering;Monitorandimprovesupplierdeliveryperformance;Analyzecapacity&foreseeriskpro-actively;Profilefactoryinformationandperformancerecord.
--Keepdrivingsupplychainexcellence:Communicatewith3rdpartylogisticsandprovidebestlogisticsolution;ShortensupplychainLeadtime;Continuouslyreducingsupplychaincost;Monitor3rdpartyperformanceconstantly.
--SupportcompanyOwnBrandStrategies:Workcrossfunctionallytohelplaunchnewproducts;PartnerandcollaboratewithBusinessTeamsandacrosstheSBGSupplyChainteamonkeyprojectsexecution,AggressivelysupportreplacingNationalBrandswithOwnBrand,CollaborateandofferSupplyChainsolutionstoachievelaunchdeadlines,EnhancetoprovideexpertiseonsupplychainflowsandcollaborationwithSuppliers,SBC,SBG,GSBU’sneeds.
--Establishstrongrelationshipswithbusinesspartners(internalBusinessteam,QualityTeam,oversea’sbusinesspartners;Logisticpartners;Bank;Vendors,otherparties)inordertoprovideexcellentcustomerservice.
--Teaminternalprojectsmanagement.
