職位描述（Job Description）

JobResponsibility:
1.EffectivelylocateandevaluatepotentialsuppliersoftheircapabilityandopportunitieswithStaplesfornewproductsorre-sourcing,accumulateapoolofpotentialsuppliers.IndependentlymanageVendorset-upandmaintenanceprocess.FacilitateorientationforvendorstounderstandStaples’rules,regulationsandoperations.
2.Initiatenewprojectsandidentifycostsavingopportunities,withadeepunderstandingoftheprocessanddecisionmakingprocessbackinheadquarters.
3.Facilitatebidsamongqualifiedvendors,conductcostcomparisonandassesssamplesandmakepresentation/recommendationtoUS.WinthetrustandmaintainagoodrelationshipwiththeUSbrandteamandthemerchants.BeingcreativeinthewayofpresentingproductstoUS.
4.Independentlymanagenewproductdevelopment,workingcloselywithQA/QCandoperationteam,ensurespeedtothemarket.
5.Leadnegotiateallaspectsofproductcost,packaging,manufacturingleadtimeandbusinesstermswithnewandexistingfactories.Richknowledge&experienceinbenchmarkedcostinformation.
JobRequirements:
1.Self-motivated,afastlearnerwhoworkswellinafastpaced,andchangingenvironment.
2.Highlyorganized,result-drivenminded,excellentfollow-upskillsandtheabilitytosuccessfullyinterfacewithpartnersinternallyandexternally
3.Abilitytoplanandco-ordinatemultipleprojects.
4.Teamplayerwithexcellentanalyticalproblemsolving,failuremodeanticipationandcommunicationskills
5.ExcellentcomputerskillinExcel,word,PowerPoint.
6.MajorinScienceandEngineeringispreferred.
