Accountabilities?職責：
1.Responsible?for?the?overall?operation?of?finance?in?the?sales?company.
2.?Enforcing?the?compliance?based?on?internal?and?external?policies?&?regulation,?solve?any?internal?and?external?auditing?issues?identified,
3.?Coordinating?with?BSC?to?finish?monthly?and?yearly?closing?to?fulfilling?IFRS?and?PRC?requirements
4.?Tax?management?of?the?sales?company,?liaison?with?Tax?bureau.
5.?Review?and?approve?the?cash?payment?and?manage?the?cash?flow.
6.?Responsible?for?FEP?implementation?and?its?certification.
7.?Responsible?for?budgeting?and?cost?control.
8.?Responsible?for?physical?goods?management?and?perform?routine?inventory?counting.
9.?Provide?support?and?analysis?to?business?team?and?actively?solve?problems.
10.?Team?management:?Define?KPI,?Review?the?performance,?define?personal?development?plan?for?its?employees.
11.?Implement?projects?or?ad?hoc?tasks?assigned?by?BU?or?HQ?and?provide?service?in?a?good?quality.
Education?教育
Bachelor?Degree?or?above?(preferably?in?Finance?/?Accounting?and?discipline),?CPA?is?preferred.
Experience?經(jīng)驗
8-10?years?of?finance?/?accounting?working?experience?and?with?team?management?experience,?Finance?management?experience?in?FMCG?would?be?an?advantage.
