Monthly?forecast/RF?and?report?delivery:
1.Liaise?with?FA?team?for?monthly?accrual?preparation;
2.Highlight?to?FA?team?if?there?is?any?error?in?coding?or?accounting?treatment;
3.Prepare?monthly?show?P&L,?office?G&A?and?B/S?forecast;
4.Upload?monthly?actual?and?forecast/RF?to?Synapse?and?report?review;
5.Prepare?monthly?report,?cash?flow?analysis,?BS?strength?and?PYA?tracker,?sales?data?report?and?others?ac-hoc?analysis.
Budget/Spring?Review?&?Autumn?Review?submission:
1.?Review?show?P&L/office?G&A?prepared?by?show?team/cost?center?owner?and?settle?issue?accordingly;
2.??Consolidate?show?P&L?and?office?G&A?collected?from?respective?PIC?and?perform?analysis?on?each?BUs;?
3.?????????Upload?budget,?Spring?review?&?Autumn?review?to?Synapse;
4.?Perform?analysis?and?reports?according?to?Group?instruction;
Monthly?show?P&L/office?G&A?review:
1.???Prepare?monthly?YTD?show?P&L/office?G&A?for?review?with?show?team?&?cost?center?owner;
2.??Highlight?any?issue/abnormal?findings?to?show?team?and?follow?up?on?the?solutions;
3.???Review?pricing?proposal?and?prism?lite?show?setup?raised?by?show?team;
4.???Be?the?key?contact?between?show?team?and?Finance?department.
New?business?integration:
1.??Provide?support?on?Acq?model?and?new?show?PLP;
2.??Ensure?smooth?integration?of?new?business?in?terms?of?MA?function.
System?review:
1.??Highlight?any?potential?issue?attached?to?system?such?as?RXPlan,?Qlikview,?Vision?&?etc?and?find?improvement;
2.To?be?one?of?the?back?up?for?super?users.
Provide?coaching?&?guidance:
1.??Review?work?done?by?MA?staff?and?provide?couching?when?necessary;
2.??Provide?guidance?to?FA?&?MA?team?members?upon?their?approaching;
3.?Arrange?training?upon?requirement.
