Responsibilities:
? Explore?and?dig?the?recruiting?channels;
? Employer?Brand?building;
? Implement?the?strategy?and?methodology?about?candidates?sourcing?through;
? Screen?and?refer?applications?to?hiring?department,?making?hiring?recommendation?when?appropriate;
? Maintain?recruiting?records?in?Human?Resource?System;
? Perform?analyses?and?summarizes?data?to?highlight?key?aspects/trends,?identify?and?make?suggestions?on?recruitment?process?and?efficiency?improvement;
? Develop?and?maintain?good?relationship?with?internal?and?external?customers,?build?and?maintain?network?of?potential?candidates.

? Self?Starter?with?track?record?of?producing?results?in?fast?paced?environment;
? Ability?to?handle?multiple?tasks?and?adapt?to?changing?priorities;
? Strong?organizational?skills?and?attention?to?detail;
? Excellent?negotiating?and?presentation?skills;

? Excellent?interpersonal?skills?and?experience?building?relationships?with?candidates,?internal?customers?and?business?partners;
? Knowledge?of?employment?laws?will?be?appreciated;
? Strong?Microsoft?Office?skills-?Outlook,?Word,?Excel,?Power?Point.
? Bachelor’s?degree?with?at?least?2?years?recruiting?experience?in?MNC,?IT?&?Intent?industry?preferred;
? Campus?recruitment?and/or?experience?working?with?headhunters/search?firms?preferred.
