2.完成日常生產(chǎn)管理和團(tuán)隊(duì)活動(dòng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)安全和質(zhì)量要求
3.提升生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的能力和增進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的績效
4.匯報(bào)給生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理

YOUR?RESPONSIBILITIES?WILL?INCLUDE?工作職責(zé):
'1.在生產(chǎn)部門執(zhí)行公司管理系統(tǒng)，同時(shí)符合公司針對(duì)安全質(zhì)量方面的相關(guān)政策規(guī)定
2.保證各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)符合公司質(zhì)量體系。負(fù)責(zé)與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的質(zhì)量問題的解決辦法，支持客戶投訴以及內(nèi)部質(zhì)量投訴的調(diào)查，參與審核并及時(shí)完成改正和預(yù)防活動(dòng);
3.帶領(lǐng)并管理PFL生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)到設(shè)定的運(yùn)營KPI目標(biāo);
4.負(fù)責(zé)PFL生產(chǎn)部門的招聘和培訓(xùn)，管理高效的生產(chǎn)輪班團(tuán)隊(duì)公司政策被貫徹執(zhí)行并根據(jù)艾利價(jià)值觀尊重所有員工.
5.確保能有效地與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員及其它職能部門的溝通，在產(chǎn)線內(nèi)部推行精益生產(chǎn)，強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)，持續(xù)改善。
6.定期召開常規(guī)會(huì)議，并且及時(shí)完成服務(wù)、成本相關(guān)的分析和報(bào)告
7.制定全年運(yùn)營計(jì)劃（團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模，財(cái)務(wù)成本目標(biāo)）

WHAT?WE?WILL?BE?LOOKING?FOR?IN?YOU?職位要求:
'1.在跨國企業(yè)有2年以上相關(guān)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營崗位管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.英文讀寫流利,?熟練操作Office辦公軟件,表達(dá)及溝通能力強(qiáng);
3.具有前瞻性和戰(zhàn)略思維，同時(shí)可以具體的管理生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場工作
4.有協(xié)調(diào)和管理不同年代員工工作的能力
5.可以正常的參加海外電話會(huì)議
6.有高復(fù)合型公司工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)同時(shí)具備適應(yīng)變化的能力
