(1) Process engineering工藝工程:
l Define the process (process flow chart, cycle time, define equipments and tooling necessary) and cost the process in term of capacity and direct labor assumptions. Development capacity analysis
工藝定義（工藝流程圖，周期，設(shè)備和工具定義）以及制造工藝中的設(shè)備和人工的消耗分析。
l Control and validate the process choices done by company, insure that the factory has got enough knowledge and information to be able to use all equipment are the right standard and solve all their technical problems.
控制工藝過程，確定工藝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性以及設(shè)備使用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性。
(2) Tech engineering技術(shù)工程：
l In charge of writing and amending process files and other technical documents, like technical sheet.
負(fù)責(zé)編寫和維護(hù)公司的工藝文件，以及其他的技術(shù)文檔資料
l Participating in new process and new product development.
參與新流程和新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)。
C: Cost control 成本控制
l Material cost Control(Inventory forecast, mini inventory level, consumption, obsolete materials, wastage)

l Process cost control( equipment using, material usage, capacity analysis)

l Cost center spending analysis, each center’s budgeting and controlling.

D: Reporting 報(bào)告
l Controlling and monitoring new operation process. Making sure the factory new business operation process will be implemented,

l Making sure the reports of each dept will be submitted to senior management timely.
確定各部門的報(bào)告能夠準(zhǔn)時(shí)提交給高級(jí)管理。
Qualified Candidates will be required following Skills:
l 5-7 years successful experience in materials dept of western company will be a plus. Cost engineering or cost financial background will be a plus.
5-7年外企物料控制部門工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，成本工程師，或者成本會(huì)計(jì)背景最好。
l Strong communication skills, along with strong planning skills 
有很強(qiáng)的溝通和計(jì)劃能力
l College degree in engineering, manufacturing technologies. Ideally from wood university.
大學(xué)本科，工學(xué)或者制造專業(yè)。林業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)最佳。
l Data sensitive, a good Analytical and problem solver.
對(duì)數(shù)字敏感，擅長(zhǎng)分析問題和解決問題。
l Good at Microsoft software.
對(duì)MICROSOFT的辦公室軟件熟練操作。
l Willing to be relocated to Dalian for one year.
愿意在大連工作一年。
