崗位職責(zé)：
設(shè)計(jì)并增強(qiáng)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)；
為公司高級(jí)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)提供關(guān)于產(chǎn)品的業(yè)界技術(shù)發(fā)展趨向和技術(shù)發(fā)展方向等方面的建議；
作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人，幫助團(tuán)隊(duì)的技術(shù)水平提升到更高層次；
推薦平臺(tái)和技術(shù)（數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器，應(yīng)用服務(wù)器，庫以及框架）采納，以及書寫概念證明型的代碼；
緊密地與在美國區(qū)和中國區(qū)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)師、QA工程師和服務(wù)支持工程師協(xié)同工作，同時(shí)與其他交叉職能-團(tuán)隊(duì)人員一起發(fā)布高質(zhì)量及客戶滿意度的產(chǎn)品；
有機(jī)會(huì)前往公司美國總部進(jìn)行短期工作。
職位要求：
10年以上工業(yè)軟件產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5年以上構(gòu)建web2.0應(yīng)用的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
擁有網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)，構(gòu)建以及支撐方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
深入了解web應(yīng)用的架構(gòu)，SOA和REST技術(shù)；
深入理解或精通web2.0技術(shù)，包括并不僅限于：HTML/CSS，Javascript及相應(yīng)組件（YUI，jQuery）,Ajax，JSP，Tomcat，Hibernate?和數(shù)據(jù)庫（MySQL，PostgresQL,?Oracle等等）；
精通網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理概念和網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議方面的知識(shí)（如WIFI）；
具備項(xiàng)目管理能力，能獨(dú)立管理一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行高效的工作；
熟練的英語書面和口頭交流能力。

Qualifications?：
