Roles/Responsibilities
1.?Handle?End?User?IT?requests?according?to?defined?SLAS,?Ensure?that?client?satisfaction?is?maintained?at?a?high?level,?keeping?customers?regularly?updated?on?progress,?through?to?incident?resolution?and?confirmation?of?incident?closure.
2.?Provides?IT?desktop?support?services?to?internal?end?users.?The?support?services?include?desktop?hardware?and?software,?telephone,?printer,?etc.
3.?Provides?maintenance?and?support?services?to?internal?IT?systems?including?telephone,?server,?and?network.
4.?Provides?information?technology?training?service?to?internal?users.
5.?Manages?IT?assets?(notebook,?desktop,?server,?network,?etc)?to?ensure?the?compliance?with?financial?requirements.
6.?Manages?information?security?incidents?and?executes?information?security?policies?and?procedures.
7.?Works?with?global?IT?team?and?local?IT?team?to?assure?smooth?and?effective?delivery?of?IT?services.
8.?Maintains?a?high-level?customer?satisfaction.
9.?Follow?and?enforce?IT?corporate?standards?and?policies.
10.?Other?duties?assigned?by?management?where?necessary.
Requirements
1.?University?degree,?Computer?Science?is?preferred
2.?2+?year?experience?in?desktop?or?server?support/administration,?multinational/plant?company?is?preferred
3.Server/client?software,?Active?Directory,?Outlook,?MS?Office?2007/2013,?Antivirus,?Networking?particularly?TCP/IP.
4.?Strong?technical?skills?in?MS?Windows,?MS?Office,?AD/DHCP/DNS,?Cisco?switch/firewall,?HP?Server,?MES/SAP?system?is?preferred.
5.?Good?communication?skills?in?written?and?spoken?English.
6.?Team?work?spirit,?customer?focused,?result-oriented,?self-motivated,?and?quick?learning
7.?MCSE,?CCNA/CCNP?is?preferred
