Job?responsibilities:
-?Track?CRM?system?project?information?accuracy?from?activity?such?as?fcst?accuracy?regular?meeting?/random?check.
-?Handle?department?weekly?working?report/A&E?report?&?weekly?report?to?AP?for?top?10?projects/coming?projects/Won?&?lost?projects?etc.
-?Act?as?the?owner?for?RCC,?monthly?monitoring?report?and?the?first?wave?filting?to?be?active?for?different?sub-segment.
-?Summarize?kinds?of?project?info?such?MWP/AD/segment/?hero?product?etc.
-?Search?through?various?databases?and?identify?potential?opportunities?for?all?brands?under?LWT.?Provid?the?project?proposal?for?A&D,?hospitality,?and?KA.
-?Reporting?&insight?on?the?leads?log?report&top?projects?management,?IKAM?project?supporting?and?any?other?connecting?works?with?LWT
-?Generate?proposal?and?specification
-?Track?the?conversion?based?on?right?proposals
-?Maintain?database?of?products?proposed
-?According?to?the?National?Project?Director?and?Asia?Project?Operation?Director’s?request?deal?with?the?daily?in-house?paperwork?of?project?department?including?bidding?document
Requirements:
-?collegue?degree?above,?major?in?business?administration,?marketing?or?finance
-?1-2?years?working?experienced?in?sales?administration
-?Sales?operation?or?business?analysis?experience?is?preferred
-?Project?management?experience?in?cross?functions?is?preferred
-?Fluent?in?English?reading/writing/speaking/listening
