職務(wù)描述：
-??主要負(fù)責(zé)亞太區(qū)EBM設(shè)備的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)服務(wù)、安裝調(diào)試及設(shè)備維護(hù)；
-?解決設(shè)備技術(shù)問(wèn)題，確?？蛻袅己玫挠脩趔w驗(yàn)；
-??負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的技術(shù)及使用培訓(xùn)；
-?以電話或郵件方式，為已裝機(jī)客戶提供技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)；
-?與客戶及服務(wù)經(jīng)理溝通協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)備的場(chǎng)地準(zhǔn)備及安裝時(shí)間，確保安裝順利進(jìn)行；
-?協(xié)助客戶完成備件及耗材訂購(gòu)，以及服務(wù)協(xié)議的續(xù)訂。
職位要求：
-?全日制本科或以上學(xué)位畢業(yè),?機(jī)械及機(jī)械自動(dòng)化、電子工程、材料等專業(yè)；
-??2年以上的機(jī)械自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)、電氣自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)等工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者研究生學(xué)歷；
-?充分的機(jī)械及電氣故障排除經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
-?具有金屬3D打印行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
-?熟練的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書寫技能，熟練操作電腦及機(jī)械工具；
-?善于與客戶及同事溝通；
-?有獨(dú)立工作能力及抗壓能力；
-?適應(yīng)出差生活。

Candidate?requirement:
? Bachelor?degree?or?more?above?in?Mechanical,?Electrical/Electronic,?Automation?Technology,?Material?science?or?similar?degree;
? At?least?2?year?experience?of?mechanical?automation?system,?electrical?automation?system?engineering?or?master?degree;
? Experience?from?troubleshooting?electrical?and?mechanical?systems?is?highly?valued;
? Good?English?ability?both?written?and?spoken,?computer?operation?and?mechanical?skills;
? Must?be?able?to?communicate?well?with?customers?and?colleagues;
? Ability?to?work?independently?and?cope?with?pressure;
? Able?to?travel?frequently.
