【工作內(nèi)容】
1、負(fù)責(zé)和供應(yīng)商溝通，將eBay/Amazon等平臺上每日新產(chǎn)生的訂單安排生產(chǎn)并跟進(jìn)完成情況。
2、顧客在購買之前的問題進(jìn)行解答，訂單生成后信息的確認(rèn)和核對；發(fā)貨后進(jìn)行單號提交和物流跟蹤；
3、解決顧客的投訴；
4、定期檢查eBay/Amazon平臺各賬號的表現(xiàn)情況；
5、整理完善公司大客戶信息資料；

????進(jìn)公司一年多，讓我學(xué)習(xí)到了很多新的知識。首先，因為在這里工作，我的基礎(chǔ)技能沒有丟掉，因為本來就是學(xué)習(xí)英語的，所以畢業(yè)就一直想找一份和英語相關(guān)的工作。雖然工作很幸苦，基本每天都要加班，離不開電腦，即使周日休息也還是需要把該處理的工作處理完，有時候需要和eBay客服聯(lián)系的時候，甚至要忙到十一二點，但是依然很開心能夠找到這份工作。因為從這里，學(xué)習(xí)到了很多之前沒有學(xué)到的新的知識，也逐漸的培養(yǎng)了自己良好的工作習(xí)慣。因為這份工作，不僅工作中可以運用到英語，而且?guī)椭姨嵘约旱挠⒄Z技能，因為有機(jī)會和顧客用英語交流，就逐漸提高了自己的聽力和口語技能。不僅如此，因為這份工作，我了解到更多新的知識,eBay,亞馬遜，跨境電商，以前這些是我從未涉及到的，但是因為這份工作，讓我不斷學(xué)習(xí)到新的知識，了解到什么是跨境電商，等于在日常工作中，就已經(jīng)在不斷拓展自己的知識面，因為接觸到新的事物，會激發(fā)自己的求知欲，想要去不斷去了解，從而激發(fā)自己的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。會想去多學(xué)習(xí)一些別的可以幫助到工作的知識，例如會自主學(xué)習(xí)eBay推出的新政策，想去了解一下英語之外別的語言，想去了解西方國家的人文習(xí)慣，以以便更好地去和顧客交流。簡而言之，在這里，掌握好現(xiàn)有的知識，就會有新的期待！

????客服工作讓我學(xué)到了許多專業(yè)知識和技能，每種產(chǎn)品有它的特點，這需要大量的時間和精力去學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)悟，如果說只是把客服工作簡單地當(dāng)做一份工作來做那是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。
????平臺的規(guī)則，交易的流程，產(chǎn)品的知識和溝通的技巧等等這些都需要在工作中和下班后努力學(xué)習(xí)才能快速上手的。
長期與顧客溝通鍛煉了英語，尤其是口語。這對英語專業(yè)的人來說尤其重要。三天不說就口生，作為客服更是要抓住一切機(jī)會跟顧客或是平臺客服多說多聽，當(dāng)然，時差是個不小的障礙，很多電話是要在晚上甚至半夜打的，更不用說周末或者節(jié)假日了，國外可不過中國的節(jié)日。
????客服工作強度高壓力大，尤其是處理顧客投訴和解決差評，過程可以說是非常煎熬。有時還會被噩夢驚醒，精神高度緊張?；叵肫疬@些，其實收獲很大：樹立了我的自信心，磨練了我堅韌的意志力，增強了我的責(zé)任心和事業(yè)心。一句話：辦法總比困難多！

????不知不覺進(jìn)公司已有3年多的時間了。前期一直從事eBay外貿(mào)客服工作，服務(wù)對象是來自世界各地的顧客。需要緊聯(lián)系顧客的時候，晚上熬夜給遠(yuǎn)在太平洋彼岸的顧客打電話；也曾因為各類型的case和投訴，大晚上和美國客服中心進(jìn)行爭執(zhí)辯論。這段工作經(jīng)歷不僅讓我的英語水平有所提高，而且思考問題的方式方法也愈發(fā)地成熟。
????后轉(zhuǎn)崗到eBay運營部門，從事銷售工作。現(xiàn)又轉(zhuǎn)崗到Amazon部門，從基礎(chǔ)性的工作開始，?不斷的學(xué)習(xí)。
