? Deliver?KPI?assigned?by?management.

Job?Requirement?（職位要求）:
? Junior?college?degree?above?in?textile?engineering?or?management?or?related?disciplines.
? 大專(zhuān)紡織工程或管理或相關(guān)學(xué)科
? 10?years?or?above?solid?plant?operation?experience,?at?least?5?years?in?management?experience,?Good?leadership?and?communication?skills.?
? 10年以上工廠操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少5年管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和溝通能力
? Be?familiar?with?shoe?materials，?Non?woven?fabric?operation?experience?is?preferred
? 熟悉鞋材中底板、無(wú)紡布的操作更佳
? Good?command?of?English
? 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力良好
? Lean?Manufacturing?experience?is?preferred?
