Job?Description:
1 Follow?Company?written?product?development?procedure?for?all?assigned?projects;
2 Follow?up?on?samples;
3 Set?up?production?process?manual;
4 Assist?with?the?set?up?of?all?QC?procedures?for?new?projects?going?into?production;
5 Develop?and?build?equipment?for?the?production?line?with?guidance?from?the?Factory?Manager?or?the?Product?Development?team,?including?the?sourcing?of?parts?and?testing?of?equipment;
6 Monitor?the?production?process?and?provide?improvement?continuously;
7 Manage?the?BOM?setup?process.??Responsible?for?creating??all?BOM?in?NAV?system?accurately;
8 Coordinate?with?the?Quality?and?the?Production?team?for?quality?analysis?and?improvement.??Involve?in?production?process?optimization?and?continuous?improvement;
9 File?all?documents?and?samples?as?per?ISO?requirement?and?buildup/maintain?the?relevant?ISO?standard;
10 Other?relevant?ad?hoc?projects?as?assigned?by?factory?manager;
11 Plan?with?the?Production?Department?on?the?development?of?mechanical?jigs,?tools?and?moulds.??Support?the?development?of?these?items?by?developing?and?modifying?the?blueprint?drawing?in?a?timely?manner.??Coordinate?with?the?Production?Department?and?external?vendors?on?such?development;?;
