5.?To?analyse?the?reason?for?returns?and?pass?on?any?necessary?investigation?work?to?other?departments?such?as?Production?or?Quality
6.?To?work?with?Technical,?Production,?Quality?to?complete?all?investigations?and?determine?necessary?corrective?actions
7.?To?advise?Sales?and?Accounts?the?status?of?investigations?and?advise?when?and?if?credit?should?be?offered.
8.?Work?with?Production?Control?and?Sales?to?arrange?the?rework?or?replacement?of?faulty?product
9.?To?Carry?out?product?testing?and?analysis?of?the?result??
