1.) Product?performance?assessment?
- Maintain?the?testing?equipment?and?ensure?their?good?condition
- Identify?appropriate?testing?methods?&?equipment?to?meet?new?product?development?needs
- Establish?a?quality?monitoring?system?for?both?internal/external?products
- Arrange?internal/external?testing,?analysis?results?and?report?regularly
- Product?competition?analysis,?identify?the?pros?and?cons
2.) New?product
- Assist?new?product?development?and?carry?out?non-standard?tests
- Coordinate?with?marketing/quality?to?define?product?specification
- Prepare?MSDS,?TDS,?and?other?supporting?technical?documents
- Support?to?new?product/certification?approval
3.) Production?specification
- Manage?product?specification?in?cooperation?with?regional?technical?managers?
4.) Regulatory?compliance
- Follow-up?regulations?update?and?collect?the?latest?version,?including?REACH,?RoHS,?National?product?standard?etc.
- Work?closely?with?external?lab?to?understand?the?potential?changes?
5.) Identify?equipment?investment?requirements?for?following?year
- Each?year?to?identify?additional?equipment?needed?to?complete?necessary?tests,?and?get?quotes?on?equipment?to?support?the?annual?capex?budget
6.) ?Keep?an?updated?list?of?tests?conducted?by?the?Central?testing?laboratory?in?Germany.
- To?maintain?a?list?of?tests?conducted?in?other?Armacell?test?centres,?including?sample?sizes?needed?and?any?associated?costs
7.) ?Write?SOP?for?all?tests?conducted?in??the?Panyu?testing?centre
- Write?and?manage?all?test?procedures,?and?ensure?all?are?stored?in?a?central?database
Requirements:
1. Bachelor?degree?in?Chemistry?or?equivalent.
2. Minimum?3?years?solid?experience?in?lab?test?and?quality?management.
3. Good?communication?and?interpersonal?skills.
4. Be?familiar?with?chemical?product?testing?and?quality?analysis?tool
5. Be?familiar?with?government?law?and?product?standard.
6. Good?command?of?English?Writing?and?Speaking.
