崗位描述
1.負(fù)責(zé)本班的日常事務(wù)及管理工作，協(xié)調(diào)各項(xiàng)事宜及家長(zhǎng)溝通工作.Will?be?responsible?for?her?class?and?classroom?day-to-dayoperation?and?management,?including?maintaining?strong?and?regularcommunication?with?parents.
2.負(fù)責(zé)日常教學(xué)計(jì)劃及實(shí)施工作，對(duì)本班各項(xiàng)制度的監(jiān)督考核工作,負(fù)責(zé)制定教案和實(shí)施教案，考察以及達(dá)到幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)；Will?be?responsible?for?developing?lesson?plans?and?conduct?oflessons.?Conduct?and?assess?class?and?children’s?development?including?meetinglearning?objectives?for?each?child.
3.負(fù)責(zé)一日流程的實(shí)施。Will?be?responsible?for?daily?and?weekly?programs
任職資格
1、2018屆或19屆畢業(yè)生，專科以上學(xué)歷，學(xué)前教育或教育學(xué)專業(yè)；Must?possess?a?Diploma?or?higher?in?Early?Childhood?Education.
2、具有2年以上幼教教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮.At?least?2?years?of?teaching?experience?preferred.
3、具有一定的管理課室經(jīng)驗(yàn)，親和力強(qiáng).Experienced?in?classroom?management,?affinity?with?children?and?warmand?respectful?relationship?with?parents.
4、熟悉幼兒的各個(gè)發(fā)展階段，了解兒童心理.Familiar?with?children’s?age?and?level?developmental?growth,?witha?good?understanding?of?child’s?psychology.
5、具有一定的文藝表演能力，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，口齒伶俐.Good?skills?in?Performance?Arts,?Dance?and?Craft?Development.Musically?inclined?with?good?vocal?skills.
6、熱愛(ài)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)，工作積極主動(dòng)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng).Enjoy?working?in?Early?Childhood?Industry.?Must?be?a?very?responsibleand?highly?proactive?individual.
7、有幼兒教師資格證.Candidate?must?possess?a?Preschool?teacher?certificate.
8、英語(yǔ)教師要求有英文本科畢業(yè)，口語(yǔ)良好。English?Teachers?must?possess?a?degree?in?English?Language?andLiterature.
9、有普通話證書(shū).Must?have?obtained?a?Mandarin?Language?proficiency?certificate.
