崗位職責
1、負責計算空調(diào)制冷量、設(shè)計管道、編寫暖通施工工程方案，確?？照{(diào)系統(tǒng)及通風系統(tǒng)合理；
2、項目建設(shè)過程中負責與設(shè)計單位進行技術(shù)溝通、協(xié)調(diào)等工作；
3、對工程項目中的水暖工程進行監(jiān)督和管理，做好技術(shù)指導工作；
4、審核相關(guān)設(shè)備材料，對空調(diào)及管道設(shè)備的選用提供專業(yè)意見；
任職資格
1、通風及采暖等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷；
2、2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，具有較強的工程管理能力；
3、能熟練操作辦公軟件及CAD繪圖軟件；
4、具有具備較強的溝通能力和語言表達能力，思維活躍，踏實肯干，責任心強。
