Major?Duties:
-?Ensure?that?all?HR?operations?processes?in?compliance?with?relevant?company?regulatory?and?labor?laws?including?but?not?limited?in?Employees?On?Boarding?&?Exit?Process,?PeopleSoft?System?updates,?leave?system?updates,?labor?contract?sign?/renew?,?probation?management?,?payroll?related?operations?support,?performace?management,?expatriates?allowance?management?etc.
-?Monitor?the?HR?daily?issues?in?Shanghai?office?and?provides?support?on?efficient?operation?including?commercial?insurance,?annual?physical?check,?annual?gift?plan,??visa?management,?residence?permit?&?Shanghai?Hukou.
-?Assist?HR?Manager?in?writing?HR?procedures?and?communicating?with?employees.
-?Assist?HR?Manager?to?handle?the?recruitment?process?by?coordinating?job?posting?on?internet-based?hiring?sites,?screening?resumes,?performing?interviews?and?reference?checks.
-?Data?analysis?and?reporting,?such?as?monthly?HR?report,?training?report?etc.
-?Performs?tasks?or?flexible?project?relating?as?required.
Qualifications:
1.?Holds?a?college?degree?in?HR?Managemant?discipline?or?related.
2.?At?least?2-3?years?experience?in?HR?related?roles.
3.?High?sense?of?responsibility?and?confidentiality.
4.?Teamwork?spirit?and?able?to?work?under?pressure.
5.?Good?planning?and?prioritizing?skill.
6.?Fluent?English?–?oral?and?written.
7.?Excellent?PC?skills
