職位描述（Job Description）

崗位職責(zé)：根據(jù)顧問(wèn)對(duì)所在行業(yè)，公司以及職位的分析，參與制定目標(biāo)候選人的尋訪方案進(jìn)行相關(guān)侯選人資料的收集、分類、整理，對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷做初步篩選通過(guò)各種渠道快速尋訪候選人，進(jìn)行初步面試和評(píng)估溝通協(xié)調(diào)候選人與公司之間的面試安排，跟進(jìn)進(jìn)展并及時(shí)反饋候選人背景調(diào)查，薪酬談判，offer跟進(jìn)，入職跟進(jìn)等根據(jù)客戶需求組織內(nèi)部資源為顧問(wèn)提供執(zhí)行方向錄入并更新數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中候選人的資料工作職責(zé)：任職資格：本科以上學(xué)歷，商業(yè)管理、人力資源管理專業(yè)為佳擅于與人溝通，協(xié)調(diào)能力好，反應(yīng)快正直誠(chéng)信、具有良好職業(yè)道德和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)心理素質(zhì)好，可承受較大工作壓力，喜歡聊天交朋友的人較佳具備良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力以及電腦操作技能Job?Description:Build?up,?enrich?and?update?the?talents?databanksSearch?candidates?through?databank?and?networks?and?make?cold?callsSearch?candidates?through?different?channelsContact?possible?candidates?and?make?interview?scheduleSupport?the?consultant?to?conduct?the?market?search?as?to?different?functionsSupport?consultant?to?complete?the?whole?recruiting?projectIdentify?and?implement?most?efficient?methods?for?expanding?company’s?talent?databaseRequirements:Education:?Bachelor?or?above?degree,?Business?Management/Human?Resource?Management?is?preferredCommunication:?possess?excellent?communication?and?interpersonal?skills,?like?to?make?cold?calls?to?unknown?peopleSkilled?at?making?cold?calls?and?conducting?search?processesAble?to?handle?rejections,?willing?to?face?challenges?and?able?to?work?under?pressureEnglish?and?computer?skills:?Good?English?in?both?written?&?spoken,?skillful?in?computer?operation
