Main?Roles?and?Responsibilities
? Lead?collaboration?with?Doppler?Labs?internal?teams?and?manufacturing?partners?to?drive?product?development,?production?and?delivery?cycles
o Possess?deep?understanding?of?the?product?technical?requirements,?various?groups?milestones?and?interdependencies?for?establishing?an?accurate?and?effective?Project?infrastructure
o Establish?clear?goals?and?objectives?and?Roles?&?Responsibilities?among?the?cross?functional?groups
o Integrate?hardware?and?software?development?and?all?cross?functional?group?deliverables?to?enable?seamless?and?effective?project?management
o Monitoring?and?control?of?project?and?product?scope,?cost,?schedule?and?deliverables?to?meet?stakeholder’s?expectations
? Have?accountability?for?the?execution?of?engineering?builds,?process?validation?and?ramp?to?lead?to?success?of?the?product?launch
o Manage?and?drive?build?readiness,?including?BOM,?equipment,?production?line,?resources?and?daily?progress?or?yield?reporting?plan?to?create?a?successful?product?build
o Be?responsible?for?the?effective?management?of?risks?and?dependencies?while?ensuring?timely?decisions?are?made,?ensuring?quality?of?the?product
? Work?alongside?domestic?and?overseas?operations?and?engineering?teams?to?ensure?internal?client?and?end?customer?satisfaction
o Coordination?and?use?of?effective?communication?skills?with?colleagues?involved?in?different?stages?of?project
o Assist?in?the?development?and?management?of?budgets?according?to?different?projects?requested
o Carry?out?and?control?costs?during?the?progression?of?projects

? Participate?in?Requests?for?Information?(RFI)?and?Requests?for?Quotation?(RFQ),?and?support?supplier?selection?decisions

o Be?comfortable?interacting?with?senior?management?at?Contract?Manufacturers?and?demonstrate?ability?to?communicate?and?present?to?all?levels?of?management
Preferred?Candidate?Profile
? BSc?or?MSc?level?Engineering?background
? 5-10?years?experience?of?manufacturing?related?project?or?program?management
? Consumer?Electronic?contract?manufacturer?experience?highly?desirable
? Candidate?must?have?a?high?bandwidth?and?possess?advanced?level?of?knowledge?in?manufacturing?disciplines?preferably?involving?electronics?fabrication?and?injection?moulding.
? Additional?experience?and?knowledge?of?Audio?products?will?be?advantageous.
? Communication?in?English?and?Chinese,?both?written?and?spoken,?is?required?at?a?high?standard.
? Possess?international?and?cross-cultural?teamwork?communication?skills?and?experience;
? Organized,?detail?oriented?and?efficient?at?identifying?and?analysing?problems,?with?ability?to?create?and?drive?solutions.
