Responsibilities
A. Develop?sourcing?strategies?both?regionally?and?through?collaboration?with?corporate?sourcing?team?to?drive?and?execute?regional?and?global?sourcing?initiatives?to?achieve?business?goals?and?drive?improvements?in?direct?and?indirect?cost?for?assigned?categories.
B. Work?with?local?and?corporate?business?requirements?for?direct?and?indirect?products?and?services?for?optimizing?supply?chain?across?all?locations.
C. Lead?the?sourcing?efforts?from?spend?analysis?through?the?supplier?on?boarding?process?and?contract?execution.
D. Maintain?pricing,?contracts?and?supplier?information
E. Develop?analysis?of?market?trends,?intelligence?and?potential?suppliers.
F. Monitor?and?measure?supplier?performance?and?compliance?through?the?supplier?scorecard?program.
G. Plan?and?facilitate?supplier?performance?reviews?with?the?internal?stakeholders?and?suppliers?and?collaboratively?identify?value?improvement?programs?to?improve?the?total?cost?of?ownership?(TCO).
H. Effectively?negotiate?contracts,?long-term?procurement?and?service?agreements?and?tie?business?requirements?to?clear?contract?deliverables
I. Oversight?of?supplier?management,?conflict?resolution?on?supplier?relationships?and?unifying?vision?of?locations.
J. Support?&?participate?in?the?development?of?standards?for?equipment,?products?or?substitute?materials.
K. Present?monthly?current?key?performance?indicators,?action?plans?and?countermeasures?that?are?in?place?to?exceed?targeted?goals.
L. Assist?with?the?corporate?wide?logistics?program?to?optimize?freight?spend,?both?domestic?and?International
M. Oversee?&?monitor?the?cost/benefits?of?corporate?programs?assigned
