? Arrange?all?process?of?interview,?and?work?with?hiring?manager?to?provide?interview?and?employment?advices
? Work?closely?with?recruitment?service?venders?and?ensure?recruitment?channel?effectiveness?&?efficiency
? prepare?and?submit?kinds?of?recruiting?analysis?report?regularly
? Deliver?New?hire?Orientation?to?new?comer
? Support?&?implement?Global/China?Resourcing?projects?in?local?with?high?efficiency?and?professional?standard
? Complete?other?assignments?from?the?managers.

? With?a?Bachelor’s?degree?in?HR?or?a?related?field,?at?least?8+?years?HR?experience?and?5+?years?focus?on?talent?acquisition,?relevant?industry?background?is?preferred.
? Knowledge?of?Labor?laws?and?related?regulations.
? Recruitment?experiences?in?country?base?is?a?plus,
? Ability?to?effectively?communicate?(in?writing?and?verbally)?to?all?levels?of?Organization
? Proficiency?with?MS?software?and?database?management?systems.
? Native?Chinese?Speaker?and?proficient?English?in?both?writing?and?speaking.
