職責(zé):
1、定期更新政府部門要求的各種文件,管理商務(wù)合同;
2、人事檔案管理;
3、按時上交各種報告,如:人事編制、醫(yī)院和商業(yè)報表等;
4、協(xié)調(diào)和支持各類銷售市場活動,如:學(xué)術(shù)會議,內(nèi)、外部培訓(xùn)等;
5、確保公司內(nèi)部和公司外部的有效溝通;
6、為大區(qū)日常運作提供秘書服務(wù),協(xié)助大區(qū)經(jīng)理處理相關(guān)行政和銷售事務(wù)。
要求:
1、本科學(xué)歷,英語/文秘專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、至少2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、良好的英語口頭、書面溝通及電腦操作能力;
4、良好的溝通技巧。

Qualifications:

Sound?computer?skills,?in?particular?MS?software:?Word,?Excel?and?PowerPoint;
At?least?2?years?of?relevant?working?experience;
Positive?attitude?and?good?interpersonal?skills;
Capable?of?independent?action.
