Job?Profile
-Issuing?accurate?debit/credit?note?into?system?according?to?CS’s?written?instruction.
-Provide?good?communication?with?internal/external?customer(CS,?Financial?team,?carrier,?subcontractor,?etc)
-Issuing?the?accrued?airfreight?cost?into?system?after?checking?with?nominated?booking?agents/carrier
-To?take?up?additional?tasks?as?assigned.
Requirement
-1?year?working?experience?preferably?in?airfreight?forwarding
-Geographic?knowledge
-Familiar?with?I/E?process,?shipping?document?and?Inco?terms
-Familiar?with?China?Customs?requirements
-Preferably?have?knowledge?on?other?countries’?Customs?requirements
-Good?command?of?English?&?Chinese
-Accurate?typing
-Fluency?of?Putonghua
-Proficient?in?MS?Office
