? To?care?and?monitor?department?daily?operation?and?assist?sea?freight?manager?to?improve?service?quality?&?have?trouble?shooting
? To?assist?Sea?freight?manager?to?establish?and?maintain?excellent?business?relations?with?Customs;?agents;?brokers;?shipping?lines;?suppliers?or?any?other?local?business?partners
? To?participate?the?recruitment?and?training,?manage?assigned?personnel?to?meet?the?company?requirements;
? To?manager?to?identify?&?assess?manpower?and?work?with?team?supervisor?&?team?leaders?to?allocate?the?job?properly.
? To?monitor?&?work?with?the?department?quality?supervisor?to?control?monthly?KPI?which?enable?it?meet?company?requirement
? To?assist?Seafreight?manager?to?initiative?any?corrective?plan?to?improve?department?KPI?as?well?as?service?&?data?integrity?continuously.
? To?act?as?a?contact?window?to?answer?any?kind?of?biz?inquiry?from?networks?&?other?departments?and?drive?the?team?to?give?a?quick?response?with?a?proper?solution?&?proposal.
? To?assist?seafreight?manager?and?support?sales?&?biz?route?manager?to?develop?any?kind?of?seafreight?biz.
? to?manager?to?carry?out?and?maintain?ISO?requirement.

? Keep?addressing?the?awareness?to?seafreight?operators?&?documentation?for?continuous?improvement?of?service?quality
? Assign?proper?personnel?to?train?up?new?seafreight?staff
? Continuously?optimize?the?working?process?in?order?to?have?good?return?in?productivity?and?efficiency
? To?improve?the?team?stability?by?any?means
? To?improve?work?quality?of?sea?freight?dept
MAJOR?CHALLENGES
? New?tracking?and?tracing?systems?of?‘LINK’?has?very?high?requirement?of?data?quality?and?data?submission?timeliness
? Team?stability
? Control?of?“NVOCC?PROJECT”?precisely
