1. Lead?the?sales?team?of?the?region/project?to?complete?the?sales?revenue?and?meet?the?monthly,?quarterly?and?annual?sales?target;
2. Based?on?the?company?plan,?lead?the?sales?team?to?manage,?coordinate?and?motive?regional?distributors,?agents?or?other?sales?sources,?to?meet?a?reasonable?and?healthier?growth?on?the?sales?revenue?of?the?region?by?providing?regular?product?training?and?guidance?to?the?regional?distributors;
3. Based?on?the?marketing?plan,?lead?the?sales?team?to?complete?the?production?promotion?of?the?region;
4. Manage?and?cultivating?the?sales?team?members,?provide?necessary?support?to?meet?the?sales?target?of?the?region;
5. Coordinate?within?the?sales?team?members?and?cooperate?with?technical?support?department?to?complete?the?product?experiment?coaching?for?the?distributors?or?clients;
6. Manage?and?maintain?the?key?accounts?for?each?product,?ensure?the?good?relationship.
7. Other?tasks?assigned?by?department?head.
Job?Qualification?任職資格
1. More?than?10?years?direct/channel?sales?management?experience?in?Medical?Instruments?or?Research?Business;
2. Bachelor?degree?or?above?with?medical,?marketing?or?relevant?degree;
3. Have?the?marketing?analysis?and?sensitivity,?customer?oriented,?proactive?and?preciseness,?with?strong?ability?on?new?customer?development,?negotiation?and?public?relation,?as?well?as?the?planning?and?organizing;
4. Strong?interpersonal?skills,?good?communication?skills?across?functional?departments;
5. Integrity?and?honest,?self-motivated?and?capable?of?stress?management;
6. With?team?management?experience.
