Responsibility:
The?role?will?be?integrated?into?the?client?side?brand?marketing?team?structure?with?responsibility?to?manage?assigned?projects?of?brand?events?and?newly?created?partnership?platform?programs
？?Overall?project?steering?and?management?of?brand?events?and?partnership?programs
？?Set?up?project?plan,?project?processes,?manage?project?timeline
？?Oversee?project?budget?and?spending?with?regular?reporting?to?marketing?director
？?Ensure?brand?quality?and?project?efficiency
？?Preparation?of?regular?reporting?and?board?presentations
？?Track?change?requests?and?support?with?documents?for?purchasing?processes?(briefings)
？?Briefing?and?steering?of?involved?agencies?to?develop?creative?concepts?and?realize?concepts
？?Event?onsite?support?as?representative?of?client’s?brand?marketing?team
？?Stakeholder?management:?client?side?internal?departments?and?agency?partners
Requirement:
-?Min.?8?years?experience?in?events?industry;?experience?with?automotive?brands?is?plus
-?Passionate?about?premium?and?luxury?brands
-?Good?team?player?with?hands-on?attitude
-?Detail-oriented?with?great?problem?solving?skills
