工作職責(zé)：1.了解客戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并將之轉(zhuǎn)化成內(nèi)部的過程控制及質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2.起草控制計(jì)劃和外觀檢查要領(lǐng)等質(zhì)量文件。3.處理客戶抱怨，分析問題，找出根本原因，完成8D。4.了解客戶的質(zhì)量期望，并根據(jù)公司的質(zhì)量能力與客戶進(jìn)行討論、協(xié)商。5.定期對生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行點(diǎn)檢，確保所有所有制程參數(shù)符合規(guī)范要求，程序文件及作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書被嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行和遵守6.針對點(diǎn)檢的不符合項(xiàng)和不合理項(xiàng)，追蹤改善行動。7.確保公司的所有相關(guān)部門了解客戶的質(zhì)量要求。8.教導(dǎo)及訓(xùn)練生產(chǎn)及檢驗(yàn)人員按質(zhì)量要求對產(chǎn)品和過程進(jìn)行控制9.生產(chǎn)過程能力的分析與研究，并提出改善性意見。10.新產(chǎn)品的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量規(guī)劃以及PPAP的確認(rèn)與提交。11.參與新產(chǎn)品的試模和試做，確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和問題點(diǎn)，對改善計(jì)劃進(jìn)行跟蹤確認(rèn)。主要資歷要求：1.大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷。2.機(jī)械制造、化工、材料加工、冶金制造、電子加工、質(zhì)量管理、相關(guān)專業(yè)。3.英語大學(xué)4級及以上，具備較強(qiáng)的英語說、寫能力（重要）。4.從事制造工藝、質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)工作二年以上工作經(jīng)歷。5.熟悉并有實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：MSA、SPC、PPAP、FMEA、CP、APQP、8D報(bào)告。6.有較強(qiáng)的交流、溝通技能和工作責(zé)任感。Primary?Responsibilities:1.Understand?customers’?standards,?and?transfer?it?into?internal?process?control?and?quality?control?standard.2.Establish?the?control?plan,?appearance?inspection?criteria,?etc.3.Deal?with?customers’?concern,?analyze?the?issue?and?find?out?the?root?cause?to?complete?the?8D.4.Understand?customer’s?quality?expectations,?based?on?current?quality?ability?to?discuss/negotiate?with?customer.5.Audit?the?manufacturing?process?to?make?sure?all?the?process?parameters?meet?the?spec.?and?the?working?instructions?being?followed.6.Identify?the?conformance?and?follow?up?the?corrective?action7.Ensure?all?the?related?departments?understand?customers’?quality?requirements.8.Teach?and?train?the?operators?and?inspectors?to?understand?the?requirement?to?control?the?quality?of?process?and?product.9.Analyze?the?process?capability?analysis?and?advise?the?improvement?action.10.Quality?planning?for?new?program?and?follow?up?PPAP?progress?and?submit?to?customer.11.Participate?in?the?trial?out?of?new?program,?confirm?the?quality?of?parts,?find?out?the?issues?and?follow?up?the?corrective?actions.Key?Qualifications:1.B.S.?degree?or?above.2.Machinery?manufacturing,?chemical?engineering,?material?processing,?metallurgy?manufacturing,?electronics?processing,?quality?management?and?other?relevant?major.3.CET4,?spoken?and?written?English?ability?is?required.4.At?least?2?years?of?manufacturing?process,?quality?engineering?working?experience.5.Familiar?with?and?experience?of?MSA,?SPC,?PPAP,?CP,?FMEA,?APQP?and?8D?report.6.Strong?communication?and?coordination?skills,?working?responsibility.
