職責描述：
-能與公司內部設計師或海外兼職設計師協調溝通
-須對設計稿和設計理念有較強領悟能力，使更有效地跟進工作。
-參與新系列的開發(fā)，并積極跟蹤進度。
-關注并理解市場需求和流行趨勢變化（如技術工藝革新，競爭對手市場標桿。）
-面料搜尋并初步篩選
-協調設計師做工藝圖資料的更新，并及時傳達至產品部及下游供應商。
-聯絡加工廠（中國&越南)：A物料/輔料選擇開發(fā)報價，生產周期起定量……等問題
B確認樣的報價，起定量及大貨生產周期
-與物流部門和采購部門確認并控制頭版樣開發(fā)，銷售樣和大貨生產的進度。
-產前樣檢查（品質控制）
-為市場部提供產品信息支持（資料冊，圖冊，網站信息等）
-售后服務（包括協助貨品維修并與供應商協調溝通）
職位要求;
-戶外行業(yè)5年產品開發(fā)跟單經驗
-有工廠經驗者優(yōu)先
-有國際商牌公司工作經驗者優(yōu)先
-有一定設計的能力與電腦操作技能(ILLUSTRATOR)
-對產品有敏銳觸感
-商務英語應用能力
-能承受時限壓力并適應定期出差

Requirements:
5?years’?experience?in?the?Outdoor?industry?as?merchandiser-developer
