3.?根據(jù)客戶需求制定解決方案,完成項目簽訂
4.?與組學(xué)部、生物分析部等各部門配合做好售后支持工作
5.?完成銷售和回款任務(wù)
6.?對銷售市場及公司產(chǎn)品給予合理化建議
任職要求:
1.?生物和醫(yī)藥相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷,碩士優(yōu)先
2.?對銷售工作充滿熱情
3.?優(yōu)秀的客戶服務(wù)態(tài)度,高度的責(zé)任感
4.?勇于接受挑戰(zhàn),學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度好
5.?具備較好的英文文獻閱讀能力

Responsibilities?include?but?not?limited?to:
1.?Achievement?of?territory?sales?objectives
2.?Development?and?execution?of?a?territory?business?and?market?plans
3.?Build?and?relationship?and?communications?with?(potential)?collaborators?to?understand?their?needs?and?priorities
4.?Maximize?sales?pull-through?opportunities?which?are?aligned?with?company’s?business
5.?Complete?proteomics?platform?teambuilding?and?staff?management?under?cooperation?with?Human?Resource?Dept.
6.?Develop?a?3x-5x?and?12-month?pipeline?of?qualified?opportunities?to?meet?and?exceed?your?quota?targets
7.?Maintain?high?level?of?product?and?market?knowledge
8.?Maintain?close?and?effective?communications?with?each?business?units?including?bioinformatics?dept.,?proteomics?dept.,?and?etc..
Qualifications
1.?Must?fully?agree?with?bio-tech’s?promise
2.?Bachelor?or?Master?Degree?in?Life?Science,?preference?to?Life?Sciences?degrees?in?molecular?biology
3.?Hands-on?experience?in?proteomics?wet?lab?no?less?than?3?years
4.?Must?be?a?self-starter,?self-motivated,?highly?flexible,?with?excellent?communications?skills?(verbal,?written,?and?presentation?skills).?Must?be?organized?and?detailed-oriented.
5.??The?ability?to?use?critical?thinking?skills?and?required?based?on?the?complexity?of?the?situation
6.?Good?communication?skills?in?English
7.?Must?be?reliable,?honest
