Responsible?for?HR?policy?overall?deployment.
Takes?ownership?for?specific?HR?initiatives?that?support?the?effective?operations?of?the?organization?by?developing?and/or?delivering?HR?programs?(e.g.,?attendance?tracking,?training,?communications,?etc.)
Be?involved?in?labor-management?relations?and?labor?contract?management
Contributes?to?the?completion?of?HR?organizational?projects?and?goals
Monitors?sales?incentive?program?status?to?make?sure?it?reflects?real?business?performance?and?really?motivate?sales?force?to?achieve?the?best?result.
Tracks?and?documents?employment?issues?and?requests?as?required?for?procedural?and?legislative?purposes
Identifies?employee?value?proposition?issues?affecting?turnover?and?works?with?HR?Manager?to?identify?actions?for?improvement
Establishes?and?maintains?a?presence?on?the?commercial?organization?floor?to?keep?a?read?on?the?pulse?of?the?organization
Resolves?employee?relations?issues?in?a?fair?and?consistent?manner?that?protects?the?needs?of?the?organization?to?operate?in?an?effective?and?efficient?manner
Implements?appropriate?risk?management?policies?and?procedures?to?ensure?organization?compliance

Education?&?Experience
Bachelor?and?/or?above
At?least?3-5?years?of?HR?experience?(generalist/specialist)?or?equivalent
Experience?in?foreign?invested?enterprises
Successful?track?record?of?performance?in?HR?generalist?role;
