chemical?background?is?preferable;

Knowledge
of?international?building?code?and?Chinese?code;

Strong
skills?in?Auto?CAD?and?office?computer?program;

A
good?working?knowledge?of?English;

2.?Responsibilities

Owner
representative;?

Being
responsible?to?ensure?the?fulfillment?of?the?CSA?in?the?project?with?customer
satisfaction;?

Overall
supervision?and?responsibility?for?all?the?project?phases?including?basic
design,?detail?design?and?procurement?(technical?tender,?preparation?and
evaluation);?

Ensure
CSA?is?executed?as?per?contract;?

To
ensure?the?communication?with?all?involved?parties;?

Reporting
the?progress?to?the?client?in?a?timely?manner,?highlighting?issues?which?could
impact?on?quality,?cost?or?schedule;?

Support
quality?and?progress?control?on?the?construction?site.
