職責(zé)如下：
確保設(shè)備,工裝夾具，模具處于完好狀態(tài)可以隨時(shí)生產(chǎn)，并有安全操作規(guī)范；
確保生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品符合控制計(jì)劃中的所有質(zhì)量要求，達(dá)到目標(biāo)生產(chǎn)率，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)不符合時(shí)應(yīng)立即告知生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理；
確保生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品符合控制計(jì)劃中的所有質(zhì)量要求，達(dá)到目標(biāo)生產(chǎn)率，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)不符合時(shí)應(yīng)立即告知生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理；
做好職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的日常工作；
確保在每班結(jié)束時(shí)所有工作站的整潔，并把工具放到指定的位置,車(chē)間5S處于一個(gè)較高的水平；
能熟練操作職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備
監(jiān)督每天的生產(chǎn)確保完成目標(biāo)，有不完善的向主管匯報(bào)并作有效建議
職位要求：
本科或者以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)
5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少有2年以上從事生產(chǎn)管理工作。
熟悉生產(chǎn)管理,?特別是大批量生產(chǎn)的制造現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
熟悉TS16949?質(zhì)量管理體系；
熟練使用電腦和辦公軟件?(Excel/word/PPT…)?；
精通精益生產(chǎn)理念
有英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)
