b.?Prepare?cashflow?reports,?forecasting?and?DU?debtors?and?project?status?report.
c.?Managing?the?processing?of?transactions?onto?the?company?system?(currently?“E1”,?PM?toolkit,?Proman?etc).
d.?All?Project?Accounting?related?matters
e.?Contract?Management
f.?Cash?Flow?Planning
g.?Collection?and?billing?monitoring
2.Payroll?and?all?related?statutory?processes
a.Prepare?payroll?in?accordance?with?the?employment?contracts?issued.
b.Prepare?all?related?payroll?calculation?including?IIT?and?bonus?payments.
c.Pay?slip?preparation
d.Assist?supervisor?in?preparation?of?payroll?reconciliation?as?per?SOX?requirement.?
3.Reporting?to?Regional?Accounting
a.Preparation?of?documents?required?by?corporate?accounting.?
b.Prepare?all?kinds?of?reports?which?required?as?per?the?Regional?and?management?requirement?(both?Proman,?PM?Toolkits,?E1?reports,?MAP?etc.)
c.Prepare?reports?and?reconciliations?as?and?when?required.
4.Management?Reporting
a.Analysis?of?monthly?Chart?11?(URS?–?P&L?account)?and?all?types?of?Financial?reports
b.Follow?up?and?report?on?KPI’s?and?other?variances?(prepare?monthly?variance?analysis?report).
c.Prepare?Quarterly?Reports?and?forecast
d.Provide?support?on?annual?budget?planning.
5.Other?Accounting?and?Finance?related?task?as?and?when?required.?
Qualifications?
1.?Bachelor?degree?in?Accounting?or?Finance?or?above?
2.?Qualified?or?pre-qualified?CPA?/?ACCA?
3.?Well?developed?communication?skills?in?Chinese?and?English,?both?written?and?verbal
4.?Demonstrated?time?management?skills?and?ability?to?prioritize,?including?ability?to?meet?multiple?deadlines
5.?Demonstrated?analytical?and?problem?solving?skills
6.?Strong?interpersonal?skills
7.?Quick?learner?with?high?sense?of?responsibility?and?ability?to?work?under?pressure
8.?Good?knowledge?of?overall?PRC?accounting?and?taxation?Law/?regulations?
