Key?responsibilities:
·?Quickly?analyze?garments?&?prepare?estimated?time?studies?which?can?be?used?as?targets?for?operators
·?Make?actual?time?studies?of?all?operations?in?the?factory
·?Make?a?garment?breakdown?at?least?one?week?prior?to?style?entering?production
·?Work?with?&?input?all?data?into?the?ERP-system
·?Make?follow?up?at?each?position?to?make?sure?that?balancing?is?correct
·?Make?improvements?to?workstations?through?"workplace?engineering"??Constantly?check?that?no?extra?jobs?are?carried?out?in?production?line
Key?requirements:
·?Minimum?of?5?years?related?work?experience?preferably?in?a?foreign?managed?textile?factory
·?Experience?with?German?REFA-system
·?Skilled?computer?user
·?Chinese?native?speaker?with?good?English?language?ability?in?both?writing?and?oral
·?Good?business?acumen,?self-motivated,?independent?and?able?to?work?under?pressure

我們正在尋找一個年輕的有雄心，有經(jīng)驗的工程師，到我們杭州臨平的新工廠工作。
主要職責(zé)：
· 快速分析服裝及準(zhǔn)備工作的工時，作為操作工的目標(biāo)工時
· 研究考察每一個操作環(huán)節(jié)所需要的時間
· 至少在投入生產(chǎn)前一個星期分解/分析透徹該款衣服
· 將所有的數(shù)據(jù)輸入公司的ERP系統(tǒng)并按其工作
· 跟蹤每一個崗位，確保平衡
· 通過“車間工程”提高工作崗位效率
· 確保沒有額外的工作產(chǎn)生
職位要求：
· 至少有5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有外資服裝工廠工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
· 有德國REFA系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗
· 熟練電腦操作
· 中文母語，有較好的英文說寫能力
· 有較強的商業(yè)頭腦，自我激勵性，獨立性以及抗壓能力
