任職要求：
1、本科以上，重點大學(xué)優(yōu)先，年齡22-30周歲，男性優(yōu)先。
2、優(yōu)秀的英語溝通能力，此職位必須精通英語，并且英語口語流利（海外留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先）。?因該工作每天都需要英語溝通，?供應(yīng)商都是國外的，因此對自己英語（特別是口語）缺乏信心的請慎投。
3、積極主動、責(zé)任心強，精力旺盛，抗壓能力強，有優(yōu)秀的溝通及談判能力和豐富的管理經(jīng)驗。
4、有強烈的電子元件采購興趣和成功渴望，邏輯思維能力強。
5、因跟國外的供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系，所以會有時差問題，公司采購需要輪倒班，時間大概為晚上至凌晨，因此不能接受這個工作時間的，請勿投簡歷。
主要職責(zé)：
通過和公司內(nèi)部銷售的合作，為全球大型電子產(chǎn)品制造商采購各類生產(chǎn)緊缺的電子元器件（IC/MEMORY?CHIPS/PASSIVE）以及向內(nèi)部銷售推薦降低電子元器件采購成本方案，幫助供應(yīng)商處理多余庫存。
1、開發(fā)國際國內(nèi)潛在電子元件（各種品牌的IC，存儲芯片，二，三極管等）的供應(yīng)商（包括貿(mào)易商/代理商/工廠庫存等）。
2、電子元件的搜尋、采購談判及采購訂單的執(zhí)行。3、供應(yīng)商管理及關(guān)系拓展，電子元件市場的分析。
4、組建采購團(tuán)隊并管理。

Position?Summary:
As?a?Sourcing?Specialist?on?our?Purchasing?Team,?you?are?required?to:
1.Provide?full?service?to?assigned?enquiries,?including?but?not?limited?to,?the?sourcing?and?buying?of?semiconductors,?passive?electronic?components?and/or?computer?peripherals,?utilizing?our?state-of-the-art?information?database.
2.Provide?quotes?on?products,?negotiate?a?final?price?with?suppliers?and?work?closely?with?the?sales?support?group?to?expedite?the?process.
3.Remain?up-to-date?on?market?conditions?including?vendor?base,?their?availabilities?and?requirements,?as?well?as?pricing?and?competitive?alternatives.
Position?Requirements:
1.?Bachelor's?degree?with?1-3?years?related?experience,?or?the?equivalent?in?training?and?experience.?Highly?preferred:?Graduates?from?top?25?Chinese?Universities?with?Major?in?Science,?Engineering,?English?or?International?Trade.
2.?Must?be?self-motivated,?loyal,?discreet?and?sales-oriented?team?player.
3.?Must?be?able?to?work?under?pressure,?have?strong?communications?skills?and?good?command?of?both?oral?and?written?English.
4.?Highly?preferred:?a?combination?of?sales?and?purchasing?experience?in?the?computer?or?electronics?industry.
5.Highly?preferred:?an?individual?who?is?currently?working?in?the?broker?market?and?can?bring?existing?customers?to?the?table,?as?well?as?grow?new?business.
