1.>5?years?of?experience?in?network?switch?development
2.Experience?with?control/data?plane?forwarding?of?the?following?protocols:?OSPF,?RIP,?BGP,?VRRP,?MPLS,?VPLS,?TRILL,?GRE,?VXLAN
3.Deep?knowledge?of?switch?and?router?systems?and?communications?protocols?such?as?Ethernet,?IP,?TCP,?and?MPLS
4.Experience?with?network?design?analysis
5.Experience?in?Architecture?modeling?and?system?validation?is?considered?a?plus
6.Experience?with?Layer?2?and/or?Layer?3?Ethernet?technologies,?IPv4/IPv6
6.Has?systems?background?with?some?chip?background?(S/W?or?H/W)?in?Network?Switching?industry
7.In-depth?knowledge?of?switch?architectures,?switch?fabrics,?buffer?management,?traffic?management?and?congestion?management
