職位描述:
1.?Receive?and?read?job?instruction?from?Manager,?highlight?special?remarks?and?check?for?attachments
接收和閱讀工作指示,并對特殊要求進行標(biāo)注;
2.?Check:?his?team\'s?appearance,?adequate?tools,?coordinate?the?arrival?time?of?the?team?and?material?transport
負(fù)責(zé)檢查團隊人員形象、工具配備,協(xié)調(diào)人員和材料的到達時間;
3.?Brief?his?team?of?packers?of?the?client\'s?name?and?the?packing?schedule
向團隊人員介紹客戶的名字和打包的計劃;
4.?Assign?experienced?packers?to?handle?luxury?and?fragile?items
安排有經(jīng)驗的打包工人對易碎和貴重物品進行打包;
5.?Sort?out?items?go?by?SEA,?AIR?or?into?STORAGE
區(qū)別海運、空運、倉儲貨物
6.?Monitor?the?weight?and?volume?of?the?shipments
檢查貨物的體積和重量;
7.?Advise?office?if?additional?work?is?required?(apart?from?those?already?stated?in?job?insturction),?e.g.?hoisting,?dumping,?stair?carrying,?handyman?service,?etc.
如果有格外的工作要求要及時通知辦公室(如:吊裝、爬樓和掛畫)
8.?Keep?shipper?updated?of?the?packing?status?/?process
告之客戶打包進程
9.?Have?client?fill?out?the?Feedback?Form
請客戶填寫反饋單
10.?Prepare?packing?list?/?job?report?after?packing
完成打包清單和工作匯報
11.?Return?all?completed?documents/forms?to?CSR
把所有的文件歸還給公司客戶服務(wù)
12.?Invite?client?to?watch?the?loading,?do?not?leave?the?flat?without?client\'s?consent
邀請客戶看裝車,不得到客戶允許不離開客戶家
13.?Double?check?the?apartment?/?house?again,?make?sure?nothing?(including?Excel?equipment)?is?left?befind.
