每日跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展，確保項(xiàng)目從設(shè)計(jì)，工程，設(shè)備選購(gòu)，土建，設(shè)備交貨，安裝到調(diào)試滿足進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全和合同的要求
申報(bào)有關(guān)審批手續(xù)，聯(lián)系有關(guān)部門以處理土地，施工許可，環(huán)保許可，水電氣和安全等問題
處理任何質(zhì)量投訴或爭(zhēng)議
管理公司項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)和承包商以順利完成項(xiàng)目
幫助NorPro總部進(jìn)行海外項(xiàng)目設(shè)備的國(guó)內(nèi)采購(gòu)
保持與相關(guān)部門的良好關(guān)系
