Responsibilities職責
Assist?in?the?formulating?and?planning?of?acquisition,?development?&?divestment?strategies;協(xié)助制定和規(guī)劃收購、開發(fā)和退出策略
Assist?to?source?and?identify?suitable?investment?opportunities?and?analyse?real?estate?opportunities?and?proposals協(xié)助尋找和明確合適的投資機會，分析不動產(chǎn)投資機會
Evaluate?and?structure?real?estate?deals評估和建立交易結構
Perform?financial?analyses,?structuring?and?feasibility?studies?entailing?cash-flow?analysis?and?yield?projections;執(zhí)行財務分析、構建交易結構以及可行性研究，這需要涉及現(xiàn)金流分析和回報預測方面;
Prepare?recommendation?reports?for?proposed?acquisitions/divestments;為資產(chǎn)收購/退出提供建議報告
Conduct?market?research,?info?collection,?collation?and?analysis?of?property?market?performance?and?prepare?the?market?reports;進行市場調(diào)研,信息收集、整理和分析,房地產(chǎn)市場表現(xiàn)和準備市場報告;
Requirements要求:
Good?Degree?in?Business,?Finance?or?Real?Estate,?preferably?with?CFA?qualification.具有商業(yè)，金額或房地產(chǎn)相關學位，持CFA資質(zhì)者為佳
Minimum?2?years?related?experience?in?the?real?estate?industry?with?a?good?understanding?of?property?investment.至少2年房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)投資相關工作經(jīng)驗,?且較為了解房地產(chǎn)投資
Prior?experience?in?property?fund?or?asset?management?will?be?an?advantage有房地產(chǎn)基金或資產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
Possess?astute?marketing?abilities,?strong?business?acumen,?excellent?communication?skills?and?ability?to?multi-task擁有精明的營銷能力、極強的商業(yè)敏感,優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧和應付多重任務的能力
