職位：項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)管項(xiàng)目的整體施工的方向，實(shí)施，工程的進(jìn)度控制，與相關(guān)各方的合作協(xié)調(diào)。
1． 能夠處理好與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的各方關(guān)系，確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)完工并達(dá)到要求。
2． 深化，監(jiān)督和管理項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。
3． 監(jiān)督和管理項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
4． 組織會(huì)議：包括確保會(huì)議按時(shí)召開，會(huì)議內(nèi)容的記錄和發(fā)送。
5． 準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目狀況報(bào)告和項(xiàng)目變更要求給設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)，業(yè)主和顧問公司。
6． 協(xié)商和解決出現(xiàn)在項(xiàng)目區(qū)域的問題及這些問題對(duì)其他活動(dòng)，系統(tǒng)和項(xiàng)目的影響。
7． 組織和主持項(xiàng)目小組會(huì)議。
8． 隨時(shí)與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)各方溝通項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。
學(xué)歷要求及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1． 項(xiàng)目管理或機(jī)電工程，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科以上畢業(yè)。
2． 8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少擁有從事室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理4年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
技能要求：
1． 熟識(shí)室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)和工程施工。
2． 了解MEP,并有項(xiàng)目成本和預(yù)算的實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3． 了解與室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)的材料和施工方法。
4． 熟識(shí)施工圖。
5． 熟識(shí)建筑系統(tǒng)和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)。
6． 會(huì)使用AutoCAD.
7． 熟練使用Microsoft?Office?and?Microsoft?Project.
8． 能夠用中英文溝通（說，寫）。
9． 良好的處理人際關(guān)系的技能。
