工作職責(zé)：
Responsibility:?
1、認(rèn)真執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，嚴(yán)格管理品控組的日常工作，保證每張定單的品質(zhì)及準(zhǔn)時(shí)走貨，?確保做到零投訴；

and?shipment?on?time,?make?sure?zero?complaint;
2、與業(yè)務(wù)部門及工廠，公司上下級(jí)保持良好的溝通，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并予以解決；?
To?maintain?good?communication?with?the?merchandiser?and?factories,?superior,?find?and?solve?the?problems?asap;
3、主持QC例會(huì)，核查QC查貨報(bào)告，及時(shí)解決問題；?
QC?meeting,?check?QC?inspection?report,?and?solve?the?problems?timely;
4、進(jìn)行不定期的巡廠，跟進(jìn)、處理發(fā)現(xiàn)的品質(zhì)或貨期問題，及時(shí)匯報(bào)上司并解決；

5、嚴(yán)格控制品控組的車旅費(fèi)報(bào)銷，節(jié)約各項(xiàng)開支；?

6、負(fù)責(zé)新QC的招聘及培訓(xùn)，?不定期輔導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)，努力提高QC的查貨能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)；?

7、及時(shí)完成上級(jí)分配的其它相關(guān)任務(wù)。?

職位要求：?
Requirement:
1、大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷；?
College?degree?or?above;
2、8年以上服裝QC工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中含3年以上的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有牛仔、時(shí)裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳；?
8?years?of?garment?QC?experience,?including?3?years?experience?in?team?management,?denim?&?fashion?is?preferred;
3、豐富的牛仔服裝及布料知識(shí)；
Knowledge?of?fashion?and?fabrics;?
4、具有較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；?
Good?sense?of?team?spirit;
5、良好的溝通能力；細(xì)心，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，為人誠(chéng)實(shí)；?
