1.Orientation?assistance:?arrange?the?orientation?training?for?the?staff?onboard,?show?the?new?comers?around?the?company,?canteen,?locker?room,?etc.,?to?ask?the?new?comers?to?fill?in?the?check-in?form,?to?assist?the?orientation?training,?prepare?and?sign?the?employment?contract?with?the?new?comers?and?make?softcopy?in?the?system?and?cc?to?HR?Manager.
2.Staff?exit?process:?to?ask?the?resigned/laid?off?employees?for?their?exit?procedure?and?ask?them?to?fill?in?the?exit?form.
3.All?staff?information?key-in?in?PeopleSoftRequire
Require
1.?Logical?thinking,?quick-learning?ability,?good?problem-solving?skills.
2.?Good?working?attitude?and?teamwork?spirit.
3.?Willing?to?work?under?big?pressure.
4.?General?software?and?financial?knowledge.
