崗位職責(zé):?
1、接待中心到訪的客戶,通過為客戶提供專業(yè)的咨詢服務(wù),詳盡、系統(tǒng)地介紹學(xué)校各類課程,根據(jù)客戶需求擬定個性化課程安排,最終達成銷售指標;?
2、對已咨詢但尚未簽約的潛在學(xué)員,保持溝通、服務(wù);努力完善開發(fā)客服資源。?
3、與教學(xué)部等各部門,共同為客戶提供完整的教學(xué)服務(wù),如:合同的維護及修改、學(xué)員意見的追蹤反饋等。?
職位要求:?
1、全日制大專及以上學(xué)歷,一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;?
2、具有良好的銷售技巧,能快速掌握客戶心理并正確引導(dǎo);?
3、具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,服務(wù)意識,及團隊合作能力;?
4、英語精通,大學(xué)四級以上;?
5、熟悉培訓(xùn)教育市場者優(yōu)先考慮。
