l??Confirm?delivery?time?in?time,?and?offer?OA?(Order?Acknowledgment)?to?customers;?
l??Prepare?for?delivery?schedule?ahead?of?time?and?keep?customers?informed.??
l??Create?delivery?note?(DN)?and?pass?to?WH.?
3.??????To?arrange?and?monitor?out-bound?delivery?from?factory?to?customers.?
l??Book?air/sea/International?Express?bunk?for?shipment?base?on?customer?requirement.?
l??Keep?customer?informed?of?shipping?details?(Invoice,?packing?list,?B/L?etc.)?
l??Check?transport?report?that?goods?arrive?to?destination?on?time.?
4.??????Deal?with?customer’s?inquiry?regarding?delivery?time,?logistics?arrangement?etc.?
5.??????To?prepare?customs?relative?documents?for?export?activities.??
6.??????According?to?certain?clients’?specific?requirements,?prepare?the?certification?of?original.?
7.??????Provide?report?on?customer?goods?received?record?for?accounting?dept?to?ensure?in-time?collection?of?revenue.?
8.??????Monitor?customer?credit.
Knowledge,?Skills?and?Experience
？??College?degree?or?above?with?Business?Administration?or?related?fields?
？??1?year?or?above?working?experience?in?oversea?trading?is?preferred?
？??Fluent?written?and?oral?Mandarin?
？??Good?written?and?oral?English?will?be?an?advantage?
？??Proficient?in?MS?office?
？??Fast?learner?
